  1. a) The product must be purchased from Plumbsave Ltd. b) The return request must be made within seven days from the date of delivery. c) The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. d) Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order number, must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. a) Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer. b) Products that are not in their original condition or packaging. c) Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Process

4.1 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product shipped by us.

Refund or Exchange

5.1 Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a return, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 working days.

5.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5.3 In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched once the return is processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
