Delivery Information

CHRISTMAS 2025 DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed after 2.30pm on Monday 22nd December 2025 will not be processed until Friday 2nd January 2025.

 

Delivery Time Examples


Items listed as available for next working day if ordered after 2.30pm will be despatched Friday 2nd January for delivery Monday 5th January.


Items listed with longer lead times such as 2-3 working days will be despatched Friday 2nd January for delivery Tuesday 6th /Wednesday 7th January.

Delivery Times:

  1. Products available for next working day if ordered before 2.30 pm. However, due to high courier demand, delivery may take 1-2 working days.
  2. All deliveries are to be signed for. If you want your order to be left in a safe place request this via the courier company via the link you recieve either by email or text. Please note this will be at your own risk.  
  3. Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
  4. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Isle of Man may take 2-5 working days.

 

Delivery Charges:

  1. UK Mainland: £7.50 + VAT.
  2. Highlands: £15.00 + VAT.
  3. Isle of Wight: £15.00 + VAT.
  4. Northern Ireland: £15.00 + VAT.

 

Please Note:

  1. Some special items like Bathroom suites and radiators may have a higher delivery charge due to shipping constraints.
  2. Items delivered by a third party. The delivery price shown in your shopping cart is the price you will pay.
  3. Refunds for returned items will be issued once they arrive at Plumbsave. However, please note that the delivery charge paid will not be refunded unless it’s a Plumbsave error.
