Delivery Times:

1. Products available for next working day if ordered before 2.30 pm. However, due to high courier demand, delivery may take 1-2 working days.
2. Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
3. Orders over £75 exc VAT have no carriage charge (exemptions apply please see exceptions in the “Please Note” section).
4. Orders below £75 will incur a carriage charge (see delivery charges below).
5. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Isle of Man may take 2-5 working days.

Delivery Charges:

1. UK Mainland: £7.50 + VAT (free if the order is over £75.00 excluding VAT).
2. Highlands: £15.00 + VAT.
3. Isle of Wight: £15.00 + VAT.
4. Isle of Man: £25.00 + VAT.
5. Northern Ireland: £15.00 + VAT.

Please Note:

1. Orders over £75 exc VAT are generally eligible for free carriage. However, there are exceptions for certain items (please see points 2 & 3 below).
2. Some special items like Bathroom suites and radiators may have a higher delivery charge due to shipping constraints, even if the order value is over £75 exc VAT.
3. Items delivered by a third party are not eligible for free delivery. The delivery price shown in your shopping cart is the price you will pay.
4. Refunds for returned items will be issued once they arrive at Plumbsave. However, please note that the delivery charge paid will not be refunded unless it’s a Plumbsave error.
