Polypipe Expanding Foam Glue for Underfloor Central Heating (UFCH) Polypipe polyurethane expanding foam glue is suitable for use with both the Overlay and Overlay Lite heating systems. Used to glue the ends and sides of each Overlay or Overlay Lite Floor Panel When laying the Overlay panels clean down the edges of the panel and apply a 3mm bead of adhesive to the top edge. Then lay it flat on the floor, making sure you line up the grooves in the panel with those of the Overlay end returns. Lay the first row of panels gluing each joint to achieve a secure fitting. When gluing the ends, ensure there is no residual glue in the pipe grooves and use short lengths of pipe to help with panel alignment.
