Self-Closing Waste Valve with Tundish Adaptor
The Self-Closing Waste Valve with Tundish Adaptor is designed for versatile installation, fitting both horizontally and vertically. It is perfect for stopping smells and backflow. With no water seal, it can never dry out through evaporation or lack of use as the membrane remains sealed.
Featuring a 1¼” outlet, the valve includes a BSP female inlet nut x universal compression outlet. It is supplied with a Tundish Adaptor – 1¼” BSP male thread x 22mm Universal inlet, making it suitable for taking the discharge from a pressure relief valve on an unvented domestic hot water storage system. Refer to the guidance notes in approved Document G3 of the Building Regulations for more details.
