The Baxi 824 Combi 2 Boiler is perfect to meet your heating and hot water needs. It comes complete with a MagnaClean Micro2 Filter, providing excellent protection against debris and magnetite, prolonging the life of your central heating system. The boiler is compact and lightweight, weighing only 29.2kg, and can fit into a 290mm deep cupboard. It comes with an impressive ten-year parts and labour warranty, making it a reliable and cost-effective investment in any home or business. The boiler also features a stainless steel heat exchanger, brass hydraulics and built in pipes behind the facility, within the boiler casing.

Easy to install and operate, the boiler has an easy-to-read backlit LED screen, and simple twist knobs to change the heating and water to your desired temperature. All models can also be manually converted from natural gas to LPG without having to purchase an extra accessory kit.

The boiler has an exceptional A rated certificate for both hot water and heating efficiency, saving you energy and money, and reducing your carbon footprint. When paired with the Baxi uSense 2 Smart Thermostat, you can control your heating and water remotely via the My Baxi app.

Finally, you can have peace of mind during the winter months, the preheated siphonic condensate trap prevents freezing as the trap dissipates preheated condensate all at once. The Easy-Fill 2 permanent filling link also enables simple self-top up of the system pressure, this and the prevention of the pipes freezing during winter can save a lot of engineer call-outs.
