DELIVERY TIMES

Products that are listed as available for next working day if ordered before 2.30pm will take 1-2 working days to be delivered due to the increase in demand with couriers. Next day is NOT guaranteed.

There is no carriage charge for orders over £50 exc VAT. Orders below £50 may incur a carriage charge. We don’t like doing this, but unfortunately, we have to.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Isle of Man may take 2-5 working days.

Delivery Charges

UK Mainland – £6.00 + VAT (free if order is over £50.00 excluding VAT)

Highlands – £15.00 + VAT

Isle of Wight – £15.00 + VAT

Isle of Man – £25.00 + VAT

Northern Ireland – £15.00 + VAT

Special Items such as Bathroom suites and radiators may attract a higher delivery charge due to shipping constraints for these items.

Any items (where it has been agreed that they are to be returned to us), will be refunded once they have arrived at Plumbsave.  The delivery charge paid will not be refunded unless it is a Plumbsave error.
